Professionalism on humanitarian missions is the result of hundreds of hours of training \u2013 exercises like Equinox 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A self-sufficient base<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We started by setting up a complete base: the logistics module and our EMT FIX 1 clinic. The experience from those operations and cooperation with partners in the field allowed us to draw concrete conclusions. We use them to improve our procedures and prepare better for similar crises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Medical simulations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We finished by putting our knowledge into practice \u2013 running advanced simulations of in-hospital procedures. Not only medical skills, but also communication and teamwork.
