In 2024 the Humanosh Foundation was granted public benefit organisation status. We organised 15 large humanitarian and medical convoys to Ukraine, mainly to the Kharkiv region, while evacuating sick and wounded people, the elderly and people with disabilities from front-line areas. In September the Humanosh EMT team joined flood rescue operations in the Opole region — in Głuchołazy, Nysa and Lewin Brzeski — transporting casualties and supporting hospital evacuations. The team took part in the international EU MODEX exercises in Italy, worked at the WHO office in Cairo on behalf of the European Commission on humanitarian logistics for Gaza, and began the WHO certification process. In Poland we continued to run shelters for war and political refugees, providing accommodation, meals and medical, psychological, legal and integration support. We held the conference "Every person has the right to a dignified life", the 4th Charity Art Auction and the "Rising Beon" exhibition, along with winter and summer holidays for children; the Humanosh House shop also opened, supporting local craftspeople. A Humanosh USA branch was established in New York. Our work reached 409 individuals and 4 organisations, with the help of 112 volunteers.

The balance sheet as at 31 December 2024 closes at PLN 2,656,277.85. Equity stood at PLN 2,628,789.17 and liabilities fell to PLN 27,488.68. Income from statutory activity reached PLN 2,493,476.92, comprising PLN 1,977,558.28 from unpaid activity and PLN 515,918.64 from paid activity, which covers the Mirnyj Dom accommodation service and charity auctions. Statutory costs amounted to PLN 1,807,312.03 and general administrative costs to PLN 608,597.72. The lower turnover compared with the previous year reflects the shift from an intensive humanitarian response to a stable operating model. The statement was prepared on a going-concern basis and includes a correction to the 2023 result arising from a WHO payment that had been recorded twice.

For the Humanosh Foundation, 2023 was a year of transition from intensive humanitarian intervention to a durable operational model. Since operations in Ukraine began in 2022, the team has medically evacuated more than 2,200 patients. In March 2023 the WHO provided four additional ambulances equipped with oxygen, defibrillators and portable ventilators for cross-border evacuations. The team completed CBRNE training in Kraków and took part in the European EU MODEX Medical exercise in Çanakkale; by October it numbered over 100 people. In Poland, four Mirnyj Dom facilities offered shelter, meals, medical and psychological care, and help with residence formalities, employment and housing. We organised the 3rd #SztukaWspierania Charity Art Auction with more than 30 artists from Poland, Belarus and Ukraine, a rehabilitation stay for 10 children with disabilities together with the Avalon Foundation and the Lutheran World Federation, the online exhibition "1000 Dreams" presenting a thousand drawings by Ukrainian children, and the New Home Project workshops, shown at Galeria Bielska BWA. On 31 May 2023 the Foundation received the "Person of the Year 2022" title at Collegium Novum of the Jagiellonian University, awarded on behalf of millions of Poles.

The balance sheet as at 31 December 2023 closes at PLN 7,220,023.52, with equity of PLN 6,460,399.65. Income from statutory activity amounted to PLN 14,546,355.72 and statutory costs to PLN 13,596,475.13, with general administrative costs of PLN 836,664.47. The scale of these figures reflects the most intensive period of humanitarian and medical aid for Ukraine. The 2023 result was subsequently corrected in the 2024 statement by PLN 3,831,610.48, following a WHO payment that had been recorded twice.
